Just released for Halloween, the official video for Brkrakr shot on location at Dr Slaughters in Idaho Falls. Many thanks to them for being so generous to let us in there to shoot the video, along with everyone involved. Brad Denning and Thomas Colvin for shooting and putting in all the hard work, to Heather Doman, Vance Barger, Devry Peterson for doing everything that was asked, Travis Munns for taking sweet pictures as always, as well as all the extras that let us order them around like slaves. You can check the video out right here in the videos section of the site. We have recently finished recording 2 brand new tracks titled "Victories for the Lost" and "Behind the Sky pt 2 Release." If you haven't noticed, we have a brand new logo! We have also released a brand new merch line we are debuting at the Project Independent showcase on September 5. Missed out? Band Bio
Shades Of Interpretation was formed by Ryan (MachRhAYNe), on main vox and rhythm guitar, and Wes (Hauseu) on drums in late 2008. In mid 2009, Gage (theJester) joined the band as lead guitar. Chris (h8ed) joined in late 2010, filling in as bass and eventually adding backing vox. The band has played with numerous local, regional, and touring bands including Denots, A Balance of Power, When Love Meets Destruction, Break the Broken, Arsenic Addiction, A Lesson in Chaos, Aghori, Synapse Defect, Ripchain, Ricksha, and Still Born to name a few. They have also opened up for nationally known acts such as Powerman 5000 and Wayne Static, as well as Polkadot Cadaver and The Suicycles. Shades Of Interpretation came out of the darkness of obscurity to abolish the image that current pop culture had imprinted upon the face of metal. This is more than just another metal band, this is the Resistance. This music is more than notes placed together in rhythm, this is the Vaccine. The Shades ask only one question from the XombieX of the world; What's your Interpretation?
