S.O.I. is one of the most well-known locals in the area and I love this band and what they do. They remind me of classic metal and new age metal being put together. I have seen many performances from this band and I will say, they never fail to impress and get the crowd going. Now, this band did a great job as always in staying on tempo, and not losing sight in the goal of this showcase, win. Musically and lyrically, amazing.
I do not have a lot of negative things to say about this band. I can only give the advice for them to not lose the attitude they have and remember where they started because I do have a feeling that this band can go somewhere if they continue to put in the effort and dedication to the music. Well done gentlemen.
I would like to hear a lot more new material from this group though and want to see them take the next step. They have traveled but I have not seen a lot of updates from them. Possibly working on a new record? We can only hope.

I would have to say that S.O.I. does put on a really great show and every time that I have seen them whether it be to a small crowd or large crowd or any crowd for that matter they promote an energy that you can only find from these guys and it just bring back memories of the mosh pits and the energy people had during songs that were just energetic and full of pure metal. I also have to say that Ryan, Wes, Gage, and Chris are some of the coolest guys that I have met and stay down to earth with their friends and fans and they have not let it get to them. KEEP METAL ALIVE SHADES AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING SOME NEW MUSIC.
